In Zalaeta Street , approaching the picturesque Monte Alto quarter , is located the Fine Arts Museum , an important referent in Museums in A Coruña .
One old 18th century Capuchin convent houses this charming picture gallery . There you can find from important Galician painters to Rubens or Murillo . Side by side and sharing rooms they offer us a wide sample of their artistic creations. Concerts, storytellers , workshops and temporary exhibitions are part of the current activity in this place.
The Fine Arts Museum
Two groups of our school visited this picture gallery on 3rd February
Here we are , in the hall of the museum
Explanations and questions came from our monitors . Every picture had its own story
Part of the visit consisted of colouring in a workshop about painting techniques . It was a good way to apply our knowledge of this subject.
It was a great day !! . We signed and wrote in a Suggestions Book
